Medium season: from the 05/04/2025 until the 13/06/2025 and from the 13/09/2025 until the 25/10/2025  
High season: from the 14/06/2025 until the 12/09/2025

Christmas, New Year and Easter time are considered high season.

Prices are quoted per week for accommodation.

Booking terms:

Check in: from 3.00 PM to 7.00 PM;
Check out: until 09.30 AM
Day of arrival and departure for week stays: Saturday. On medium and low season we also accept smaller stays than one week (different arrival and departure times must be agreed on demand).

Prices include:

Wi-fi, hot and cold water consumption, electricity, gas, bed and table linen, towels and tea towels, air conditioning. Parking, swimming pool, garden and barbecue, tasting of local products, laundry use, baby bed and baby chair if necessary. Linen will be changed every Saturday.

Prices do not include:

Daily and weekly cleaning, final cleaning, daily change of towels. Final cleaning is 180€ for weekly stay.

Additional services upon request:

Extra bed: 200,0 EUR per week.
Queen size Sofa bed : 180,0 EUR per week
We can accept maximum 3 extra bed more in the all Villa and a sofa bed.
We allow to use the sofa bed when 3 beds in the rooms have already been added.
Pets: 100€ per week. Please say at the time of the booking

Booking Conditions

A deposit of 30% of total amount must be paid by bank transfer within 3 days of confirmation. Receipt of payment must be sent by email. The booking cannot be guaranteed until the payment of the deposit has been received.

On arrival:

Balance payment must be paid on arrival.

A damage deposit of 200 EUR is required and will be fully returned upon departure if no damages occurred.

Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation the customer will lose the deposit.
